Huely is a free color lab for kids and adults. Drip cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink drops and watch them blend subtractively — just like real ink and paint, not screen light.
Then switch to Light mode: turn off the lights and cross red, green, and blue flashlight beams on a projection screen to see additive color — where all three beams overlap, you get white. Two opposite kinds of mixing in one app.
Play mode is built for small fingers, with big tappable drops and no wrong answers. Studio mode adds precise CMYK sliders with hex, RGB, and CMYK readouts for exact color work.
Colors are named in English, 日本語, and 中文. Huely installs as an app and works offline.
No ads, no tracking, and kids never sign in. Photos are processed on the device and never uploaded.
